Delivery Policy

This policy describes how delivery and pickup work for online orders placed on the The La Gardenia website. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Delivery area

We deliver within Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh using our own delivery staff. Serviceability is confirmed by pincode at checkout. If we cannot deliver to your address, pickup from the restaurant is always available.

2. Delivery hours

Orders are accepted during kitchen hours, 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm and 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm (IST), every day. Orders placed outside these hours cannot be checked out; the website will show when ordering next opens.

3. Fees and minimum order

• Minimum order value: ₹99.
• Delivery fee: ₹49 per order.
• Delivery is free for orders of ₹599 or more.
• All fees are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery time

• Typical delivery time is 30–60 minutes from order confirmation, depending on distance, order size, weather, and traffic.
• Estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. During peak hours (weekend dinners, festivals) deliveries can take longer — we appreciate your patience.
• You can check your order status any time using the order code we give you.

5. Receiving your order

• Please provide a complete, accurate address with pincode and keep your phone reachable.
• If our delivery staff cannot reach you or access the address, we will try to contact you on the number provided. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to you, the order is treated as delivered and no refund is due.
• Please check your order at the doorstep. Missing or incorrect items should be reported within 2 hours as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Pickup

Every order can alternatively be placed for pickup from the restaurant at B-1/13, opp. Sushena Hospital, Vardan Khand, Sector 1, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010 — there is no delivery fee and no minimum applies beyond the standard order minimum. We will tell you when the order is ready; please carry your order code.

7. Food safety in transit

Food is packed in food-grade containers and dispatched hot, in line with our obligations under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Once delivered, please consume the food promptly; we cannot accept responsibility for food stored for extended periods after delivery.
