Our kitchen
The La Gardenia began in a Lucknow home kitchen. One grandmother cooking pure veg for whoever dropped by, never mind how many. Her recipes are still on our menu.
Now we cook that food in Gomti Nagar. You can eat here, pick up, or get delivery. The rule is the same either way: look after every guest.

We start when your order comes in. Gravies take their time, breads come from the tandoor, and nothing sits under a lamp.

We order almost every Sunday now. Three generations at one table, and somehow there are never leftovers. The dal is exactly how my mum makes it.
